I. Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SSQRD (“the Platform”), operated by SSQRD LLC. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using SSQRD, users (“you,” “your,” or “User”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Users must be at least 13 years of age, or 16 where required by applicable law, to create an account on SSQRD.

Users may register either through OAuth authentication (e.g., Google) or by creating a custom login. In all cases, users must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

3. Platform Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to use SSQRD solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of SSQRD’s interface, code, or design without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account engaging in prohibited conduct.

4. Collection and Use of Preference Data

SSQRD enables users to express style preferences, such as category (e.g., womenswear, menswear) and favored brands, and to save or “favorite” products.

These actions inform the Platform’s personalization features and enhance relevance of recommendations. Such data remains private and is not visible to other users.

By submitting this information, you grant SSQRD a limited license to process it for service optimization, recommendation modeling, and feature improvement.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials appearing on the SSQRD Platform, including visual designs, text, code, brand identity, user interface, and underlying technologies, are the property of SSQRD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of personal data they provide. No content from SSQRD may be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without express written authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

If you register or sign in using third-party credentials (e.g., Google), your use of such authentication tools is governed by the respective providers’ terms and privacy policies. SSQRD bears no responsibility for their independent data handling practices.

7. Modifications to the Platform

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, content, or services at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using in-platform settings where available.

SSQRD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, we may retain certain information as required for legal or operational purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The SSQRD Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, reliability, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSQRD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid to SSQRD for use of its services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSQRD and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any updates will be reflected by a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of SSQRD after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

II. Privacy Policy
